Harbor Pacific Contractors has completed construction, final testing and commissioning of the Bellevue Pump Station. Work involved construction of a temporary pump station, new pump station, odor control system, emergency power building and chemical building. Three new Wemco Hidrostal pumps were installed in the new pump station.
