Carnation Wastewater Treatment Facility

Work continues on the new Carnation Wastewater Treatment Facility for King County.
Structural concrete, underground piping, effluent stand pipe, conveyance pipeline, operations building
and the main structures are now complete. Mechanical, process piping and electrical work is underway.

Issaquah Transit Center / SR 900 Main Site -
Sound Transit
Work continues on the Issaquah Transit Center. Shoring and formwork are complete
for the fourth (and final) level elevated deck, placement of structural concrete and post tensioning is
complete for levels one through three and underway for level 4. The Transit Island foundation has been
placed. The storm water detention vault is complete. Transit Island steel erection is underway. Barrier
cables and structural steel erection on the main structure is underway.

SeaTac Airport Industrial Wastewater Treatment Lagoon No. 3 Pump Station Improvements - Port of Seattle
Harbor Pacific Contractors has completed installation of the new 45' deep 144"
diameter wet well for the Port of Seattle's Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Lagoon 3 Pump Station.
The new Headworks influent screen is now installed and the 20" diameter forcemain is complete. Harbor
Pacific Contractors met the Port's completion milestone of October 15, 2007 for operation of the pump
station and influent screen.

SeaTac Airport Third Runway Project Lighting Vault - Port of Seattle
Work is underway to construct a new lighting vault (building) as part
of the Port of Seattle's new third runway expansion. Harbor Pacific Contractors has completed the
foundation slab, transformer and rectifier foundations, the exterior masonry walls and the steel
framed roof system of the building.
