Harbor Pacific Contractors was the prime building contractor for Webvan's new 460,000 square foot distribution center in Kent, Washington. This project required a fastrack construction schedule to remodel an existing warehouse, install a new boiler plant addition, construct food preparation and storage facilities, and a new plant pump station in six months. The construction manager was Bechtel Corporation of San Francisco, California.
