Current Employment Opportunities
- Project Manager — Manage water and wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and other infrastructure construction projects up to $30 million. Duties include estimating, scheduling, preparation of project budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders and document control. Position will require direct interface with Owners, engineers and public agencies. Successful candidate should have 3-5 years experience in infrastructure and public works construction projects, and a bachelor degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Estimator — Woodinville, Washington - Experience in civil, structural and mechanical estimating on wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, industrial and transportation projects. Responsible for bid preparation from quantity take-off thru bid day close-out, subcontractor and material bid solicitations, database management for Winest estimating software. 5 years experience with public works bidding required. Candidate should have experience with construction estimating software. Bachelor degree in Construction Management preferred.
- Construction Superintendent — Oversee all phases of the construction project from preconstruction planning through start-up and commissioning. Responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, inspection of work in progress, jobsite safety, supervision and scheduling of craft labor, coordination of subcontractors and material deliveries, working with the Owner's representative in the field, and reporting to the home office. Qualifications: 10 years experience in field supervision of craft labor, subcontractors, and material and equipment installations on wastewater treatment plants.
- Project Engineer — Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with submittal reviews, material and equipment procurement, subcontractor planning and scheduling, evaluating scope of work changes, field directives, constructability reviews and client relations. 3 - 5 years experience and a bachelor degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
