Project Manager

Harbor Pacific Contractors is currently seeking Project Manager candidates to join our team based out of our Redmond, WA office.

Responsibilities include

  • Management of construction and quality control activities.

  • Support engineers and owners to determine the specifications of the project.

  • Negotiate contracts.

  • Permitting and licensing.

  • Resource management (manpower, equipment, and materials).

  • Planning and scheduling of construction operations.

  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate overall project CPM.

  • Manage and lead weekly progress meetings with clients.

  • Monthly project billings

  • Management of Subcontractors and Suppliers

  • Management of material purchasing and delivery schedules.

  • Monthly cost forecasting and budget reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects with a track record of successful outcomes.

  • Experience with water/ wastewater facilities and/or transportation projects..

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering or Construction Management or a related degree or comparable work experience.

Salary range of $125,000-$175,000/ year DOE.
